Terms of service

All terms and conditions apply from July 1, 2024 for products and services provided by Growth Insider LLC at the domain growthinsider.co.

GENERAL POLICY

For Consulting Services

1. Consultation Duration: For each consultation session, the duration for Growth Insider to perform consulting work is 60 minutes per session.

2. Consultation Methods:

  • Clients and Grow Insider may choose initial consultation via video call through online exchange applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, Zalo, etc., as per the parties' needs.
  • Exchange at Grow Insider's office;
  • Exchange at a location requested by the client and mutually confirmed in writing;
  • Exchange via phone;
  • Exchange via other mutually agreed upon communication means and confirmed in writing.

For Training Services

I. Ownership Rights

  • Clients confirm that all products created from the execution of training on the domain growthinsider.co, including training videos, audio recordings, videos, training materials, and related survey forms, are legal property of Grow Insider. There is no agreement or content understood as Grow Insider transferring part or all rights related to these products to clients.
  • Clients agree that intellectual property rights, property rights, publication rights, or allowing others to publish products and services on the domain growthinsider.co specified in Item 1 of this Clause are the property rights of Grow Insider, whether or not they have been registered for trademark protection or copyright. Therefore, clients commit to:
    • Not using, nor allowing third parties to use the products specified in Item 1 of this Clause under any circumstances;
    • Not copying data, selling, or providing information, installing related products for third parties (including updating data on internet systems).
    • Not independently or through third parties registering trademarks, copyrights, or exercising opposition rights, disputes when Grow Insider registers trademarks, copyrights for the products specified in Item 1 of this Clause.
  • Both parties agree that any violation related to the content of this agreement in this Clause must face sanctions and handling. If the client's violation directly or indirectly causes damages to third parties, the client must fulfill compensation obligations, and cannot use the name of Grow Insider or request Grow Insider to jointly compensate for such violations.
  • Clients understand and agree that any violations of this agreement in this Clause may cause irreparable damages to Grow Insider. In case of severe damages, Grow Insider reserves the right to enjoy all measures to remedy damages, including temporary emergency measures or preventive measures according to current legal regulations. These measures are not considered exclusive remedies for any client violations but are supplementary to any other remedies under legal regulations.

II. Usage Rights

  • Clients agree and sign a commitment allowing Grow Insider to use their information, images for marketing purposes, advertising to promote Grow Insider's training services.
  • Clients agree and sign a commitment allowing Grow Insider to collect and store their full name, address, email, phone number for the purpose of creating orders for pre-recorded training courses and issuing value-added tax invoices for individual clients.
  • Clients agree and sign a commitment allowing Grow Insider to collect tax identification numbers, company information for the purpose of creating orders for pre-recorded training courses and issuing value-added tax invoices for corporate clients.

 

GUIDE TO PURCHASE COURSES

To purchase courses on the website growthinsider.co, please follow these steps:
• Step 1: Access the website link growthinsider.co
• Step 2: On the homepage interface of growthinsider.co, select the appropriate course, click on the chosen course.

Afterwards, you click to check the box labeled "By making payment and checking this box, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions stipulated in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Then proceed to click "Buy it now".

 

• Step 3: The system will switch the interface to the order placement and payment section. Please fill in the required information on the form and select the payment method, then click "Pay Now".

• Step 4: After successfully purchasing the course, you will receive an email sent by growthinsider.co to the email address provided by the customer in the order form.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

▶ Method 1: Make online payment via Zalopay payment gateway

Pay via Zalopay app

For payments using Zalopay app, please open the Zalopay or Zalo app and scan the QR code displayed on the website interface.

Pay via International Card (visa, MasterCard, JCB,...)

Please fill in your cardholder's information to proceed with the payment: card number, expiry date, cardholder's name, and continue with the payment procedure per given guides on the screen.

Pay via VietQR code scan

Please open your banking mobile application and click on QR Pay on the screen to proceed with the payment.

Pay via Domestic Card 

Kindly fill in your cardholder's information to proceed with payment: your card payment, cardholder's name, and proceed with the payment as per given guides on the screen.

▶ Method 2: Pay with bank transfer

When customer choose bank transfer, please choose Bank Deposit and click Complete Order. Then, transfer the amount stated on the invoice to Growth Insider, Ltd.'s bank account with information as below:

Commitment to Payment Security

The online payment system on Growthinsider.co is provided by ZALOPAY, a licensed payment gateway operating legally in Vietnam. Accordingly, the online payment security standards at Growthinsider.co comply with industry security standards.

Payment Security Regulations

Growthinsider.co collaborates with ZALOPAY payment gateway. ZALOPAY's payment system meets the PCI Security Standards Council's information security standards to ensure the security of personal information:
- Customer financial information is protected throughout the transaction process using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
- One-time passwords (OTP) are sent via SMS to authenticate account access.
- MD5 128-bit encryption standard.
- Principles and regulations on information security in the financial banking industry as stipulated by the State Bank of Vietnam.

Transaction Security Policy at Growthinsider.co for Customers

- Growthinsider.co provides token storage utility - storing only encrypted strings provided by the Payment Gateway Partner to Growthinsider.co. Growthinsider.co does not directly store customer card information. The security of customer payment card information is managed by the licensed Payment Gateway Partner.

- For international cards: Customer payment card information used to establish transactions is not stored in Growthinsider.co's system. The Payment Gateway Partner will store and secure this information.

- For domestic cards (internet banking), Growthinsider.co only stores the order code, transaction code, and bank name.

We are committed to strictly implementing necessary security measures for all payment activities conducted on the Growthinsider.co website.

PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING AND HANDLING COMPLAINTS

All customer complaints are resolved based on negotiation.

In cases where agreement cannot be reached, either party has the right to refer the matter to the relevant state authority for resolution.

Methods of Submitting Complaints

Customers can submit complaints to request Growthinsider.co to resolve them through the following methods:

- Method 3: Visit directly to: The Hive Villa, 29 Nguyen Ba Lan, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

Procedure for Receiving and Resolving Complaints

Step 1: Submitting a complaint

Customers submit complaints about services or rights that have not been fully ensured to Growthinsider.co through the specified methods.

Step 2: Receiving and handling complaints
We will receive customer complaints and verify the information.

Step 3: Responding to customers
Growthinsider.co will respond with the results of complaint handling to customers within 3 working days from the date the information verification and processing is completed.

Growthinsider.co will strive to verify information and promptly resolve complaints to ensure customer rights. In cases beyond Growthinsider.co's capability and jurisdiction, we will request customers to refer the matter to the relevant state authority for legal resolution./.
