• The shipping and delivery policy for consulting services applies to all forms of consultation, such as purchasing consulting packages via email, phone, or Growth Insider's website.
• Delivery time for consulting services is understood as the time of attending the consultation session punctually according to the schedule communicated by Growth Insider to the client; the results of the consulting service are demonstrated through completing the consultation session as requested by the client and/or providing audio or video recordings of the consultation process to the client.

Note: Immediately after receiving the results of the consulting service, clients are kindly requested to take the time to evaluate the quality of Growth Insider's consulting service. If the consultation session did not timely address all of the client's issues, please provide additional feedback to Growth Insider so that we can make adjustments and supplements promptly.

For Training Services:

The shipping policy of training services applies to all forms of training as regulated by Growth Insider:

For Online Recorded Course with Training Materials Provided:

• After the client has completed the training fee payment as per Growth Insider's regulations, Growth Insider will provide an activation email for the course to access the account and participate in the course.
• The result of the training service is understood as completing over 60% of the training course, including pre-recorded training videos and provided training materials within the course.

For Online Video Call Training Course:

• After the client has completed the training fee payment as agreed upon in writing with Growth Insider, Growth Insider will provide an email guide for logging into platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, Zalo, etc., to participate in the training course according to the program designed by Growth Insider.
• The result of the training service is understood as attending the training session punctually according to the training schedule communicated in advance by Growth Insider, and/or Growth Insider may provide audio or video recordings of the training session to the client.
• Immediately after receiving the results of the training service, clients are kindly requested to take the time to evaluate the quality of Growth Insider's training service to enhance the quality of Growth Insider's training.

For In-Person Training Course:

• After the client has completed the training fee payment as per Growth Insider's regulations, Growth Insider will provide an email notification regarding the location and time of the training to ensure the client's participation in the course at the agreed location and time.
• The result of the training service is understood as attending the training session punctually according to the training schedule communicated in advance by Growth Insider, and/or Growth Insider may provide audio or video recordings, as well as training materials, of the training session to the client.
• Immediately after receiving the results of the training service, clients are kindly requested to take the time to evaluate the quality of Growth Insider's training service to enhance the quality of Growth Insider's training.

Responsibility of the transportation unit regarding the provision of goods documentation during delivery

Due to the nature of the products/services provided by growthinsider.co to customers, which are online courses and consulting services, a regular shipping cycle is not formed, and therefore goods documentation will not be provided.
