Growth Insider and customers accept that any violations agreed in writing with Growth Insider must be subject to sanctions.

Growth Insider and/or customers hereby agree to keep the other party free from harm from any damage, fees, or legal liability, and agree to indemnify the other party for actual damages or consequences from unauthorized use or disclosure of security information or agreed violations in writing with Growth Insider.

If Growth Insider and/or customers engage in acts causing damage to third parties (directly or indirectly), the violating party must fulfill compensation obligations, not in the name of the remaining party, or request the remaining party to jointly compensate for such violations.

Growth Insider and/or customers understand and agree that all violations of this agreement may cause irreparable damage to the remaining party.

In cases of significant damage, the remaining party has the right to all remedial measures, including temporary emergency measures or preventive measures as provided by current law. These measures are not considered specific remedial measures for any violations by the remaining party but are supplementary to any other remedial measures as provided by law.
