Refund policy

All terms and conditions apply from July 1, 2024 for products and services provided by Growth Insider LLC at the domain growthinsider.co.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

I. For Consulting Services

a) Refund Policy

  • Under any circumstances, all payments agreed upon in writing with Growth Insider are non-refundable if the client cancels a consulting session without prior notification to Growth Insider according to the Consultation Session Rescheduling Policy.
  • Under any circumstances, if Growth Insider has fully performed the agreed-upon services in writing, and/or if the client breaches any of the written agreements with Growth Insider, the client is not entitled to a refund of the service fee paid; whichever condition occurs first shall apply. This policy is strictly enforced to uphold the agreement and commitment of both parties, while compensating for the time and resources expended by Growth Insider in completing the agreed-upon services.
  • For packages of 6 or 10 consulting sessions: if, after the first 2 consulting sessions, the client is dissatisfied with the experience, the client has the right to express their issues to Growth Insider and may request termination of the service before the agreed term. In this case, the client must notify Growth Insider in writing and submit a refund request to Growth Insider at least 15 days in advance. We will review and process the refund based on the remaining time of the prepaid service package.

b) Consultation Session Rescheduling Policy

  • If the client has scheduled and fully paid for the service fee of one consultation session at least 2 days before the session, the client may reschedule the consultation session once and must notify Growth Insider at least 3 hours prior to the change.
  • If the client uses multiple consulting service packages, the client may reschedule the consultation session up to 3 times for one consulting program and must notify Growth Insider at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation session.

II. For Training Services

a) Online Recorded Course with Training Materials Provided

Within 7 working days from the date the client pays the training fee agreed upon in writing with Growth Insider, if the client finds that the course does not yield satisfactory results, the client may send an email notification. Upon receiving the request, Growth Insider will arrange for the client to switch to another corresponding course of the same training fee paid by the client, or per the client's request, refund the training fee if the client has not participated in more than 20% of the course videos.

b) Online Video Call and In-Person Training Course

  • Within 3 working days before the client participates in the first training session of the course, if the client wishes to switch courses, they may send an email notification. Depending on the scheduling of the next course session, Growth Insider will arrange to change the course for the client. If Growth Insider is unable to arrange the next course session for the client, Growth Insider will refund the training fee paid by the client according to the agreement in writing with Growth Insider.
  • Under any circumstances, all payments according to the written agreement are non-refundable if the client does not accept Growth Insider's training services at the time of the first training session. This policy is strictly enforced to uphold the agreement and commitment of both parties, while compensating for the time and resources expended by Growth Insider.
  • Under any circumstances, if Growth Insider has fully provided the service content as agreed upon in writing with the client, and/or if the client breaches any of the signed agreements, the client is not entitled to a refund of the training fee paid; whichever condition occurs first shall apply. This policy is strictly enforced to uphold the agreement and commitment of both parties, while compensating for the time and resources expended by Growth Insider.
  • If the client joins a training session more than 30 minutes late without prior notification to Growth Insider, we reserve the right to refuse to provide training services and will not refund the training fee to the client.

III. For Consulting and Training Services

a) Process for Receiving and Resolving Refund Requests

Note: Please provide the exact email or phone number used for registration and payment for training courses or consulting services.

b) Refund Timeframe and Method

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days from the time the refund request is approved by Growth Insider. The exact refund time depends on the payment gateway chosen by the customer.
  • Refund method: According to the customer's original payment method. If the customer wishes to change the refund method, please provide additional information to Growth Insider./.
